There are a maximum of 2 pets and they must be well-trained. We charge a $90 pet fee. NO SMOKING INSIDE This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, patio, or within 5 feet of the building's entrances. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO EXCESSIVE PARTIES/EVENTS This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. CLEANING & SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
