There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR EVENTS Families, friends, and respectful gatherings are welcome. To keep a comfortable environment for everyone, excessive noise and disruptive events are not permitted. Respectful events WELCOME - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. QUET HOURS 10PM-8AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. CLEANING & SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
